Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Youth Ambassador role located in Mumbai. The Youth Ambassador will represent PCRED in outreach and engagement activities, promoting its values and services. Responsibilities include building community relationships, participating in marketing campaigns, assisting with events and workshops, and advocating financial inclusivity. The individual will also work closely with internal teams to support initiatives aimed at empowering the MSME sector.

- Strong communication and public speaking skills to engage with diverse audiences
- Ability to build relationships with communities and stakeholders
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute to campaigns and initiatives
- Team collaboration and organizational skills for event planning and coordination
- Passion for financial inclusivity and interest in MSME support
- Adaptability and willingness to work in dynamic environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields
- Previous experience in ambassador or outreach roles is a plus
