About the role

Now Hiring: Human Resources Manager (30 hr week, Remote – Detroit Area) | Young Basile

A flexible, high impact way to apply your years of HR experience in a cutting-edge setting. At Young Basile, we believe a well-run firm depends on thoughtful systems, strong relationships, and a culture where people have the freedom to do their best work. We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who wants to operate at a high level—without the demands of a full-time role.

Who are we?

Young Basile is a nationally recognized IP law firm providing strategic advising to the most innovative companies in the world. At a time of massive change and innovation across software, automotive, electronics, and deep tech industries, our work is complex, essential and influential.

Teamwork isn’t just a platitude on the wall - our team supports one another, celebrates each person and comes together to solve problems. We deliver excellence because our team is devoted to building each other up and ensuring our clients are successful. We believe respect comes first regardless of title. The most important part of our culture is that every decision is made with integrity no matter how small.

The Role

You understand the nuances of a partner-led, technology-focused law firm environment and are happiest operating independently while influencing at a senior level as needed.

The Ideal Candidate
