As a Candidate Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience to all applicants across YouGov's recruitment process. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive timely and personalized communication throughout their application journey. Your role will involve managing the candidate pipeline, scheduling interviews, and providing updates on the status of applications.
