RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store and provide support in related tasks as needed • Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and addressing product-related inquiries • Ensure the store is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times • Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations during the handling and preparation of food items • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management SKILLS • Strong passion for providing exceptional service • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an outstanding customer experience • Preferably able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
