Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Conduct online and/or offline yoga sessions for clients
- Guide clients in yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices
- Customize sessions based on client needs (weight loss, hormonal balance, flexibility, stress relief, etc.)
- Monitor client progress and provide regular guidance
- Handle client interaction through inbound & outbound calls when required
- Respond to client chats and queries regarding yoga sessions
- Share session links and ensure smooth class coordination
- Motivate and engage clients to maintain consistency in sessions
