Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily yoga sessions (group & one-on-one) for guests with varying fitness levels
- Design and customize yoga programs based on individual health goals and medical conditions
- Guide guests in asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques
- Ensure proper posture, alignment, and breathing techniques during sessions
- Collaborate with doctors and wellness experts to support holistic treatment plans
- Educate guests about the benefits of yoga and healthy lifestyle practices
- Maintain a calm, safe, and positive environment during sessions
- Monitor guest progress and provide feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certification in Yoga (from a recognized institute such as Yoga Alliance or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of yoga techniques, anatomy, and wellness practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle beginners as well as advanced practitioners
- Calm, patient, and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of meditation and mindfulness practices
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in wellness resorts / hospitality industry
- Knowledge of Ayurveda or naturopathy integration
- Ability to conduct meditation or sound healing sessions
