As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will manage mission-critical data applications and our data platform that supports many analytics teams at our company.
You will drive impact by ensuring the uptime and reliability of applications built on a cutting-edge stack, onboarding and training data analysts to effectively use applications, and streamlining support through process improvements and automation.
You will collaborate closely with Platform Engineers to develop a state-of-the-art data platform, handle inbound requests, and provide technical guidance to platform users across the company.
