About the role

We are looking for a Client Strategy Manager (CSM) - Brands and Retail to join our growing Corporate business. This individual will be focused on managing relationships across our key brand and retail customers. In this role, you will become an expert in understanding our clients key business challenges, and ensuring we drive adoption and value through our solutions. Your role will be focused on: driving strong client engagement and relationships to ensure value creation, leading to positive renewals and commercial success. This role will include supporting clients in partnership with an Account Executive (AE) and Solutions partners. As a Client Strategy Manager, Corporate at YipitData, you will: Own and cultivate relationships with your clients by: Leverage product expertise to drive value, drive user engagement and deeper adoption Understand the client base and their jobs to be done. Becoming a trusted resource for our clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally Creating and executing on account growth & engagement strategies Manage commercial strategy by: Developing rapport with key decision-makers Partnering with cross-functional partners (Account Executives and Product teams) to develop, set and execute account strategy Identifying upsell opportunities to augment contract value Contribute to building best-in-class practices within our growing Corporate team You Are Likely To Succeed If: You have minimum 3+ years of relevant client facing experience You are able to think holistically about an account, and build strategic relationships to support your user engagement, value creation and positive renewal outcomes You are passionate about making your clients successful You are able to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base through deep discovery You can manage a high-touch, high-volume client base You are both a self-starter and a team player You are energized by contributing to the future of YipitData and the Corporate business.
