GTM Tableau Data Analyst

The Data Analyst specializing in Tableau is responsible for interpreting complex data sets and transforming them into actionable insights to drive informed business decisions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role involves developing and implementing robust data visualization strategies, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing reporting capabilities. The analyst acts as a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing clarity through effective data visualization and strategic analysis. What You'll Do Data Analysis and Visualization Analyze complex data sets based on reporting requirements, providing guidance for data modeling in Snowflake. Develop and implement data visualization strategies using Tableau, delivering insights for strategic decision-making. Create visually appealing, insightful Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder needs. Technical Reporting and Data Management Develop and maintain views in Snowflake to support Tableau data sources. Work within a fast paced and changing data and data governance model, and provide potential improvements and enhancements on current practices Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data and KPIs across all teams and reporting Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical requirements and translate these into actionable Tableau reports. Provide clear, effective communication of complex data insights to stakeholders at varying organizational levels. User Training and Documentation Offer training and ongoing support to users on Tableau functionality and best practices. Develop and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary for report metrics, KPIs, and KRIs Continuous Improvement Stay informed about Tableau updates and developments, proactively recommending enhancements to improve visualization capabilities. Suggest and implement improvements to reporting and analytics tools to enhance business insights.
