About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.

  • Handle an average of 120 calls per day, managing both outbound and inbound calls. 
  • Dial-up warm leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Conduct initial conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them further. 
  • Gather relevant information about potential customers' requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Deliver scripted pitches to customers while adapting them to individual preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead qualification activities in the CRM system. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages. 
  • Willingness to work a 6-day week schedule.
  • Ability to effectively engage and interact with customers. 
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Inside Sales, Tele-calling, Tele sales, Customer Service, BPO, Sales, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions is a plus.
