We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.
- Handle an average of 120 calls per day, managing both outbound and inbound calls.
- Dial-up warm leads provided by the marketing team.
- Conduct initial conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them further.
- Gather relevant information about potential customers' requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Deliver scripted pitches to customers while adapting them to individual preferences.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead qualification activities in the CRM system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages.
- Willingness to work a 6-day week schedule.
- Ability to effectively engage and interact with customers.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Inside Sales, Tele-calling, Tele sales, Customer Service, BPO, Sales, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions is a plus.
