Conversational AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our conversational AI platform. This includes building natural language processing (NLP) models, dialog management systems, and integrating them with various channels and backend systems. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop conversational AI flows and dialog management systems - Build and optimize NLP models for intent classification, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis - Integrate the conversational AI platform with various channels like web, mobile, and messaging apps - Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the conversational AI infrastructure - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and deploy conversational AI solutions - Monitor and optimize the performance of the conversational AI platform Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in building conversational AI systems - Strong expertise in natural language processing, dialog management, and conversational design - Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Node.js - Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or RASA - Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Passion for conversational AI and a desire to push the boundaries of this technology
