This team is at the center of how we connect user value with business impact, designing strategies and experiments that shape how YAZIO grows as a leading subscription app. This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the UK. YOUR MISSION As (Senior) Product Manager in the Monetization Squad, you'll own the strategies and experiments that directly impact our revenue streams, pricing models and conversion funnels. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, CRM and leadership to design data-driven solutions that maximize both user value and business impact. Here's what you'll be working on: - Optimizing conversion funnels: Identify drop-off points, run experiments and ship improvements that increase free-to-paid conversion and subscription retention - Driving pricing strategy: Analyze competitive benchmarks, test new models and refine how we communicate value to users - Experimenting with monetization levers: Frame hypotheses, design rapid tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions—sometimes going from idea to live experiment in just weeks - Balancing user value with business goals: Ensure monetization strategies are transparent, fair and aligned with our mission to help people live healthier lives - Collaborating cross-functionally: Work with engineers, designers, analysts and CRM to bring ideas from concept to reality - Data-informed decisions: Monitor and analyze key metrics (conversion rate, revenue per user, churn, funnel performance) to drive continuous improvement YOUR PROFILE We'd love to meet you if you: - Bring 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in subscription-based B2C apps (health, wellness, lifestyle, or similar) - Have a proven track record in monetization, pricing or conversion optimization with measurable results - Are highly skilled in A/B testing, funnel analysis and data-driven product decisions - Understand how to balance business impact with user trust, ensuring our monetization strategies feel seamless and supportive, not pushy - Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with tools like Growthbook or Omni.co - Thrive in cross-functional teamwork, influencing and aligning engineers, designers, analysts and stakeholders around monetization priorities - Proficient in using AI tools for analysis and discovery, with the mindset to continuously push the boundaries of what AI can do for monetization - Bring a growth mindset and resilience, knowing that small changes in monetization can lead to big results
