About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all assets are prepared for hire to the standards set in the Asset Quality Preparation Guide.
- Servicing of mobile welfare units, if required.
- Site visits to carry out repairs, if required.
- Following inbound inspection by Yard Foreman/ Chargehand, remove all furniture from cabins/ modular bays and place into storage.
- Keep the forklift truck in good and serviceable condition, if required.
- Minimise material wastage.
- Assist in the safe loading and unloading of cabins / buildings and materials.
- Always maintain good housekeeping in the yard and workshop.
- To carry out any other duties which may be agreed from time to time.
- To attend training as required to carry out duties
- Carry out work in accordance with company approved Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- To work additional hours (overtime) as is reasonably required by the business
- Adhere to current Health & Safety Legislation.
Skills And Experience
- Technical Expertise: Experience in plumbing, joinery, or electrical work is highly beneficial.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload effectively.
