About the role

High school diploma or GED required. Skilled labor position. Must be able to frequently lift 50+ lbs. Previous maintenance experience desired. A CDL license is also desired. Willingness to obtain certifications also desired. Previous experience & knowledge in general contracting practices & procedures. Previous experience in carpentry, HVAC, plumbing or electrical desired. Must take initiative and be proactive in troubleshooting issues and potential problems.
