Overview Of Product And Design Team

Our nine-strong product and design team is dedicated to crafting exceptional user

experiences across our native iOS and Android mobile apps, client portal web app, and

internal operations web app. We're driven by a dual mission: to build intuitive,

client-centric products that empower our clients to achieve their financial aspirations,

and to deliver scalable internal tools that fuel our company's rapid expansion. Our team

is pivotal in shaping both our external client journey and our internal operational

excellence.

The Role

  • This role will focus on driving efficiency within our client teams and reducing

client servicing costs as the company scales, through automation and scaling

initiatives

  • Roadmap Planning and Prioritization: Developing and maintaining a product

roadmap that outlines key features, initiatives, and timelines that drive efficiency

within client teams

  • Requirements Gathering and Definition: Translating user needs and business

requirements into detailed specifications and user stories for design and

engineering teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with a diverse range of teams

including engineering, design, advice, client service, and client support to ensure

alignment and successful product delivery and launch.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the product from ideation and

development through launch

  • Monitoring and Analysis: Tracking product performance using key metrics,

gathering user feedback, and iterating on the product to drive continuous

improvement and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating product strategy, and

progress to all relevant stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills - you seek to understand, then seek to be

  • Experience mapping out workflows and finding efficiencies with automation
  • Excellent problem solving skills - you know how to get to the heart of the problem

when hearing people talk about their symptoms

  • Analytical skills - you are comfortable using data to understand problems and

make decisions

  • Experience managing backlogs and development teams
  • Experience managing stakeholders
  • Strongly motivated, sets demanding standards of personal excellence
  • Effective collaborator with other team members
  • Independent thinker, inquisitive, eager to improve and learn
  • Non-hierarchical and ego-free

  • 25 days of annual leave per year. This is 25 days each year we expect you to turn your phone off and switch off; we would never ask you to book leave for a doctor's appointment or to see your children's school plays.
