Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
· Facilitate projects across a wide range of teams, from senior leaders to operators, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
· Support efforts to standardize processes across various business units by developing, defining, and documenting processes and procedures for consistency and efficiency.
· Format, manipulate, and analyze data to create insightful dashboards for reporting purposes, enabling data-driven decision-making.
· Collaborate with team members to effectively communicate data insights and recommendations, fostering a data-centric culture.
· Create impactful presentations using data, reports, graphs, infographics, and other visual tools to present project impacts to corporate leadership, enhancing understanding and buy-in.
· Develop, define, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business goals from identified projects, tracking progress and driving continuous improvement.
· Regularly present project updates to stakeholders and drive improvements to project execution based on evolving business needs.
· Act as a change agent, supporting business units with change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of technical and organizational changes, facilitating smooth transitions.
· Participate in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities, contributing to the company's social responsibility initiatives.
