They are looking for a Senior Xstore lead with 15+ years of hands-on Xstore experience, preferably someone who has spent a significant portion of their career in the Xstore ecosystem and can operate as a trusted advisor to the organization.
The profile should be capable of:
Owning Xstore architecture and solution design across large-scale retail environments
Driving engineering excellence, best practices, and implementation standards
Establishing governance, process rigor, and operational discipline
Solving complex business and technical challenges while accelerating speed-to-market
Providing leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams
