Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to support our recruitment and HR operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or international recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and support end-to-end hiring and HR processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with international recruitment teams to fulfill staffing needs across regions. - Lead recruitment campaigns and support hiring strategies alongside recruitment consultants. - Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with job specifications. - Oversee documentation, compliance, training, and onboarding processes. - Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the CRM. - Conduct audits and ensure HR policies and practices comply with client and internal standards. - Mentor junior recruitment team members and provide process guidance as needed. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR and staffing operations. - Provide regular updates and reports to the Recruitment Manager and senior stakeholders. Candidate Requirements: - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the healthcare staffing sector. - Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes independently. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Familiarity with scheduling tools and recruitment/HR CRM software. - Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines. - Experience in international recruitment or healthcare hiring is a strong advantage.
