We are seeking a skilled ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ERP Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining our ERP system. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful ERP implementations and a deep knowledge of ERP modules and functionalities. Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Configure ERP software to align with business processes and organizational structure. Customize and integrate ERP modules to enhance system functionality. Conduct system testing and support end-user training and adoption. Develop documentation and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP systems. Stay updated on ERP industry trends and best practices to recommend system improvements. Essential Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering good to have. Proven experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role, with a experience in ERP implementation and support in Construction and Civil Engineering. Proficiency in ERP software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
