About the role
Bachelor's in electrical, manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering or equivalent hands-on experience; 6-8 years manufacturing/NPI engineering experience; SMT and through-hole PCBA process expertise; ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610 knowledge; ERP/MRP and PLM proficiency; SolidWorks; PFMEA, control plans, SPC, 8D; IQ/OQ/PQ validation; ability to lift 25 lbs; passport required for 10-20% travel.
