Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain network devices: routers, switches, wireless access points Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring minimal downtime Implement firewall rules, VPNs, and network security protocols Conduct routine network upgrades and infrastructure patching Collaborate with internal IT teams for infrastructure integration projects Provide tier-2/3 support for network-related escalations Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and compliance reports What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in network administration or engineering Proficient with Cisco, Juniper, or similar devices Strong understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, DNS/DHCP Hands-on with routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF) Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and network access control CCNA or equivalent certification is a strong plus Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
