About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner with around 3 years of relevant experience to drive people initiatives and support strategic HR interventions across functions. This role requires a proactive and hands-on HR professional who understands business goals and aligns HR strategies to meet them. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies to business objectives. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms to improve workplace culture. Performance Management: Support the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and final assessments. Talent Management: Assist in identifying high-potential employees and supporting their development plans. Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth onboarding and cultural integration of new employees. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and support disciplinary procedures as needed. HR Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards and analyze data to support people decisions and continuous improvement. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
