We are in search of a dynamic senior data analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating unstructured data logic and helping provide insight into company metrics through dashboards and reporting. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring the delivery of effective solutions while adhering to best practices within our technology landscape.

Essential Job Duties

• Collaborate closely with teams across Xenon arc to ensure users, products, and the business have the models, data products, and insights necessary for informed decision-making and responsible growth.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to extract insights from Xenon Arc’s rich and complex data.
• Work with leadership to translate business needs into clearly defined data problems.
• Build metrics, scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support and guide business operations.
• Deliver actionable business recommendations through data analysis and compelling storytelling.

Basic Qualifications

• 2-8+ years experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analysis or Data Science roles, building data pipelines and analyzing large datasets to solve problems
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Deep experience using Microsoft Power BI
• Strong statistical knowledge
• Expertise in visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals
• Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail
• Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with Microsoft's technology stack, including Power BI and Azure
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Good understanding of development processes and best practices like engineering standards, code reviews, and testing

Location & Commitments

• Full-time, permanent
• Reports to office HQ in Bellevue, Washington
• Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position
• Must be able to operate a computer
