With the digital retail wave alongside us, we've seen 7x growth in the number of brands using Xeno over the last year.We're on the lookout for a Marketing Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation and building Xeno's brand presence.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in startup environments, has a knack for content creation, and understands the intersection of Product Marketing and Demand Generation.What You'll Be Doing:Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve quarterly and yearly pipeline generation goals.Own the MQL generation process and optimize it across multiple channels with measurable outcomes.Identify content themes and topics that resonate with the target audience through customer interviews and market research.Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing messaging and product positioning.Content Creation & DistributionCreate high-quality content including Case Studies, Whitepapers, Webinars, Podcasts, Email Campaigns, and Social Media Posts.Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.Optimize content for SEO and performance across channels.Team BuildingAct as an Individual Contributor with the responsibility of building the entire marketing team from scratch.Define the roles and hiring plan for the marketing team.Collaborate with leadership to hire and mentor team members across content, design, and performance marketing functions.Community & Event MarketingBuild and lead community marketing initiatives.Maximize ROI from events and set up proprietary events for retail CRM marketers.Collaborate with external agencies and partners for events and campaigns.Performance OptimizationSet up and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation.Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies.Report on campaign performance and continuously iterate based on data insights.What You'll Need4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing.Proven track record of MQL generation and content distribution.Hands-on experience with CRM and Automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.Experience in managing small teams.Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Community Marketing.Familiarity with Performance Marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).P.S - Bonus: Experience in the Retail or Marketing Tech industry.
