Sr Director Data and Analytics

The Sr Director Data and Analytics will oversee the delivery of a robust data fabric architecture, ensuring seamless integration, self-service capabilities, and high-quality data for enterprise use. This role also emphasizes leading the organization-wide adoption of Data and Analytics, including managing people-centric change processes and deploying Data and Analytics related tools to empower business units. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for strategic sourcing of employees, contractors, and vendor partners to enable a scalable resourcing model that supports the organization's evolving needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership through influence while maintaining a results-oriented focus on delivering business value.
