About the role

As a Product Graduate within the product team of Xapo bank, you will play a meaningful role in assisting the how our product will bridge the traditional fiat banking world with the rapidly evolving landscape of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in an exciting fintech startup. You will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to support the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. Responsibilities As a Product Graduate, your initial focus will involve immersing yourself in the dynamic landscape of fintech and Bitcoin. You will be conducting market research and analysis, reviewing emerging trends and customer behavior and feedback to identify unmet needs and uncover opportunities for product innovation, particularly in the intersection of traditional banking and Bitcoin. The insights gained from this analysis will directly inform and enrich our product development efforts, as you actively collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams across design, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and risk management. Your contributions will include supporting the creation of detailed product requirements documentation, user stories, and participating in feature prioritization discussions. Beyond the initial stages of product conceptualization and development, you will be contributing to ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for Xapo's products. You will actively support product testing and quality assurance processes for new releases and feature updates, verifying performance, security, and overall user experience. Furthermore, a key aspect of your role will involve diligently monitoring the performance of Xapo's existing product suite. By analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), reviewing user engagement metrics, and considering customer feedback, you will help identify areas for improvement and optimization, ensuring our products consistently meet and exceed user expectations. Rotation Structure To maximize the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of product management and development, you will participate in a graduate rotation program, rotate through the 4 Tribes of Growth, Total Payment Volume, Engagement and Asset Under Management, covering the full customer lifecycle starting from customer acquisition and onboarding, through transacting and Wealth services, and activation and retention. During your graduate rotation program, you'll spend 3-3 months with each Tribes, under the leadership of the VP of Products. Orientation and Onboarding (1 week): Introduction to the organization's mission, values, and culture. Onboarding sessions to familiarize participants with company policies, procedures, and tools. Introduction to key stakeholders and team members within the product development function.
