Role Description
We are seeking a Mobile Tech Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Mobile Tech Lead will oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications with a focus on innovation and scalability. Responsibilities include leading a team of mobile developers, ensuring high-quality code standards, conducting code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of best practices in mobile development.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in mobile app development frameworks, such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter
- Experience in application architecture, system design, and scalability techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and debugging
- Proven experience mentoring and leading development teams
- Knowledge of integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and back-end services into mobile apps
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience managing sprints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration
- Experience in performance optimization and user experience improvements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Prior experience in cloud-based services and DevOps is advantageous
