The agent team at xAI makes AI models generalizable and capable of solving real-world challenges. In this role you might: Develop realistic agent environments and evaluation methods. Design RL algorithms for agent to learn by interacting w/ realistic environments Collecting and curating human and synthetic data to improve the capability and behavior of agent systems. Exceptional candidates may have: PhD with AI or other scientific domains Strong knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques Experience building infra for large-scale reinforcement learning and multi-agent reinforcement learning
