TA Operations and Business Process Analyst

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Analyst will play a role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes. Responsibilities include analyzing TA workflows, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and developing metrics and dashboards to monitor recruitment performance. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize candidate experiences, and support new technology implementations. Additionally, the analyst will prepare data-driven reports, maintain HR metrics for accuracy, and provide training on new systems and processes.
