About the role

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations, you will directly support the global go-to-market sales and customer success teams. This means having direct knowledge and experience in crucial revenue operations systems such as Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Tableau, and our own Xactly tools. This role will provide direct support through the teams mentioned, to facilitate smooth operations for the revenue teams globally, inclusive of sellers, customer success managers, sales leaders, directors, solution consultants, and lead generation teams. Process improvement and process support is critical for this role to enhance existing Xactly functions and look to innovate in the usage of existing systems such as Xactly Forecasting and Gainsight. Success in the role requires a team-player approach, ability to deal with demanding internal customers, the ability to work across an organization with disparate needs, and the creativity and original thinking to ensure processes fit a need.
