Product Designer

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of X (formerly Twitter). As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-centric experiences that delight our customers. In this role, you'll: - Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ideate, prototype, and deliver end-to-end product experiences - Drive the full design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity design and implementation - Advocate for users and ensure their needs are met through thoughtful, well-crafted solutions - Contribute to the evolution of our design system and overall design language - Mentor and empower junior designers on the team We're looking for someone with: - 3+ years of experience as a product designer, interaction designer, or UX designer - A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and end-to-end product work - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Ability to turn complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly solutions - Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices - Excellent communication and presentation skills
