Description In our cross-functional Individual Marketplace team, we develop and build out the next generation of health insurance marketplace products. Join the team and help us continue to lead the way in our industry. The role You'll become part of a global team focused on creating the next generation of our Via Benefits platform. Working with and learning from experienced colleagues, you'll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design and construction to testing and deployment. Your responsibilities: • Design and execute quality assurance test cases for web and mobile applications • Automate testing to ensure quality and reliability of software releases • Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and resolve issues • Document test plans and results • Provide recommendations for improving testing processes and practices Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 0-2 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance and testing • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques • Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
