Overview / Job Summary:
The Faculty member for the Patient Care Technician and EKG/Phlebotomy program will be responsible for instructing, advising, and supporting students to develop the skills necessary for entry-level roles in patient care and diagnostic testing. This role involves preparing and delivering instructional materials, facilitating clinical practice, and ensuring adherence to program standards and regulatory requirements.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering engaging classroom and laboratory instruction for Patient Care Technician and EKG/Phlebotomy courses.
- Evaluating and assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback to support learning and skill development.
- Maintaining accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and clinical competencies.
- Ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements within the program.
- Participating in program review, assessment, and continuous improvement activities.
