Consultant - Heritage

WSP is seeking a 'Consultant, Cultural Heritage and Archaeology' to support our UK Cultural Heritage & Archaeology (CH&A) Team. The appointment is key to development of our growing CH&A Team in Noida / Bengaluru that supports the UK Team. The role will require a combination of technical expertise and knowledge of archaeology and heritage. The WSP UK Cultural Heritage and Archaeology team is the largest heritage consultancy in UK. It works across the UK and occasionally overseas and covers all aspects of the historic environment (archaeology, built heritage, setting and design) throughout the full lifecycle of projects. We provide our clients with expert advice on an ever-increasing portfolio of heritage related enquiries that address the management of change in our historic environment. We work on high profile and large-scale infrastructure projects in the UK and abroad as part of a multi-disciplinary team and aim to deliver high quality work while contributing to innovative approaches and challenges within the heritage sector. The successful applicant will be a part of data handling professionals who will be part of WSP iCRC UK Cultural Heritage and Archaeology Team, delivering the highest standards of technical work and aiding the continued success of the cultural heritage business by assisting us in our client focused delivery of projects. The work will be focussed on providing data handling support, including GIS deliverables as well as manipulation and interpretation of cultural heritage data from third parties. Deliverables will be used in reports and assessments provided to our clients for a range of different commercial sectors.
