FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's financial planning and analysis activities. This includes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing strategic insights to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial and operational reports - Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process - Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends and provide recommendations - Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed - Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate data - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in a FP&A or financial analyst role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel and other tools - Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with financial reporting standards and best practices
