Software Test Manager

A quality assurance test manager who uses business, technical and functional knowledge to build testing strategies using QA best practices and methodologies along with managing the tests execution and the teamwork load. What you will do Test Owning: Plan and define test execution timelines, scope, and technical setups for app releases. Coordinate continuous testing, maintain issue backlogs, and resolve cross-team dependencies. Monitor app quality, act as the main contact for quality issues, and enhance overall quality assurance. Regulatory Test Management: Maintain regulatory test documentation and manage change processes. Collaborate on release processes and define new procedures as the regulatory Test Manager. Communicate test plans with key stakeholders and ensure adherence to test schedules, maintaining product quality. Empower the team for self-maintenance of legacy apps and support the ramp-up of the test team, including evaluating resource needs, hiring, and coaching new hires. What you bring Experience: 5+ years of experience as Software test manager preferable for medical devices. Extensive experience in manual and automation testing, including mobile app testing (Android and iOS) and medical product testing. Deep knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle, Agile Methodology, and test management tools (DevOps, ALM, TFS). Proficient in strategizing, tracking, and disseminating metrics to monitor software quality, including creating dashboards. Skilled in CI/CD processes, defect logging, and troubleshooting system failures. Strong technical and analytical skills, educational background, Self-motivated, team player and leadership qualities.
