As an IT Change Manager, you will manage and govern the implementation of changes in IT systems, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals while maintaining operational stability and minimizing risks. Your responsibilities include evaluating change requests, collaborating with stakeholders, and overseeing risk assessment and mitigation efforts. This role plays a crucial part in achieving operational objectives, facilitating smooth transitions, and safeguarding business continuity.
What you will do
Manage IT Change Management by reviewing and approving Change Requests in CAB meetings, ensuring alignment with business priorities and ROI, collaborating with key stakeholders (PMs, PGO, WSA IT, vendors), and streamlining processes across WSA IT, particularly for validated systems
Manage the IT Change Management Dashboard, including the Financial Dashboard, and present regular KPI reports to management via JIRA/Smartsheet
Oversee solution delivery schedules from various stakeholders, including vendors, throughout the entire SDLC, coordinating with WSA IT testers and PGO until deployment, while ensuring compliance with computer system validation and documentation standards
Lead the IT Change Management team by providing training, ensuring the right skill sets, and handling talent acquisition, from CV selection to interviews and onboarding
What you bring
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Over 3 years of experience in IT Change Management and Project Management within the Medical Device industry.
Expertise in IT Change Management tools like JIRA and Smartsheet, including their integration
Proven experience in leading teams within the Medical Device industry
In-depth knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Good Documentation Practices.
Personal competencies
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and ensure successful execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident in challenging stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices.
