Writesonic is seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to craft, execute, and manage our social media strategies while fostering a vibrant community of users and advocates. This role is pivotal in amplifying Writesonic’s brand voice, driving engagement, and ensuring our online presence reflects the cutting-edge innovation we bring to AI-powered solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and refine Writesonic’s social media strategy to grow our presence across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).Content Creation: Create compelling, on-brand content including posts, stories, and multimedia to engage diverse audiences (primarily in the U.S). Also, plan & execute viral campaigns for different Writesonic products in the U.S region.Community Engagement: Actively engage with users across social platforms, forums, and communities to build relationships and drive advocacy.Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and incorporate learnings for future campaigns.Campaign management: collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch social campaigns aligned with business goals.Feedback Loop: Gather insights from the community to relay to product and support teams for continuous improvement.Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Writesonic is an industry leader in digital presence. What We’re Looking ForExperience: 2-4 years in social media management and community engagement, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.Skills:Well-versed with marketing on all social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & RedditProficiency in using social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Strong understanding of social media algorithms, virality and analytics.Exceptional communication skills with a knack for storytelling.Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.Mindset:Passionate about building communities and fostering relationships.Creative thinker with an eye for trends and opportunities.Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven.
