🤺 What you’ll be owning:Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and testing, to create user-centric and data-informed solutionsDesign and deliver wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and UI assets that align with our brand identity and design systemWork closely with our engineering team to ensure the quality and feasibility of your designs, and provide feedback and guidance on implementationConduct user testing and feedback sessions, and iterate on your designs based on user insights and analyticsEstablish and maintain design best practices, standards, and guidelines, and foster a culture of design thinking and collaboration across the teamResearch and benchmark the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and propose innovative ideas to improve our product and user satisfactionContribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and communicate your design rationale and decisions to stakeholders and users
💪🏼 What are we looking for?A strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate your skills and impact on user and business outcomesProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and prototyping tools such as InVision, Framer, or similarA deep understanding of design principles, methods, and processes, and how to apply them to different platforms, devices, and contextsA user-centric and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to empathize with and advocate for our users' needs, goals, and pain pointsA collaborative and communicative style, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersA self-starter and a fast learner, who can work independently and proactively, and adapt to changing requirements and feedbackA passion for our mission, vision, and values, and a willingness to contribute to our company culture and growthBrownie points if you have:Experience or interest in content creation, marketing, or copywritingExperience or interest in artificial intelligence, natural language generation, or related fieldsExperience or interest in working in a startup environment, and taking on multiple roles and responsibilitiesBasic frontend programming experience in HTML + CSS and tools like Webflow
