About the Role 

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a knack for building and nurturing B2B relationships in the SaaS industry? Writesonic is seeking Head of Sales (B2B SaaS) who excels in driving sales growth, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service.

This is an individual contributor role with mentorship responsibilities, including helping set up sales processes and onboarding new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). If you have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, a strategic mindset, and a passion for AI technology, this role is perfect for you.

Opportunities and Challenges

As the Head of Sales at Writesonic, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure our offerings align with market demands and customer expectations. This role presents the unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and be part of a dynamic, innovative team. Challenges will include staying ahead of industry trends, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Your Sales Journey Will Include:

  1. Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities in the B2B SaaS market.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Developing and presenting tailored sales proposals to meet client needs and demonstrate the value of Writesonic's solutions.
  4. Collaborating with product and marketing teams to align on strategies and ensure market competitiveness.
  5. Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to make data-driven decisions and refine sales strategies.
  6. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  7. Leading contract negotiations and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  8. Mentoring and helping onboard new SDRs, setting up sales processes, and ensuring team alignment with business goals.

We’d Love to Meet You If:

  1. You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. You possess at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  3. You have at least 1 year of experience handling a team.
  4. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. You excel at building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  6. You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  7. You are a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  8. You have experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  9. Familiarity with AI technology and digital marketing trends is a plus.
