What you’ll be doing:

• Read and break down existing Tamil stories/scripts
• Spot what’s working… and what’s just not hitting
• Upgrade scenes, dialogues, and emotional beats
• Make hooks stronger, conflicts sharper, and pacing smoother
• Elevate even the “okay” parts into standout moments
• Bring hidden elements of the story to the forefront
• Think like a listener — does this actually keep someone hooked?
• Rewrite and enhance scenes to make them more engaging & binge-worthy

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Tamil skills (reading & writing — non-negotiable)
• Background in creative writing / storytelling / scripts
• Solid scene writing skills (this is BIG for us)
• Ability to analyze content and fix what’s not working
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, and audience engagement
• Can think from a listener’s POV (especially audio formats)
• Creative + detail-oriented

Bonus points if:

• You know multiple regional languages
• You’ve worked on audiobooks / storytelling platforms / episodic content
• You understand different genres (drama, romance, thriller, etc.)

What really matters:

• How well you can elevate an existing story
• Your ability to write impactful, emotional scenes
• How sharp you are at spotting and fixing storytelling gaps
