Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in New Delhi. As a Writer at Madwin, you will create engaging, high-quality content tailored to business audiences in the B2B and enterprise space. Your responsibilities will include generating written content for websites, blogs, case studies, and social media, as well as designing compelling narratives for marketing campaigns, presentations, and reports. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals, while conducting thorough research on industry trends and key topics to inform your work.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading across various formats and platforms, with attention to detail.
- Experience with content strategy and audience-specific storytelling to drive engagement and thought leadership.
- Proficiency in research, particularly within the B2B and enterprise decision-making landscape.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing, particularly digital and content marketing, is highly valuable.
- Knowledge of B2B industries such as IT, SaaS, AI, HR, or Marketing is a strong plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using relevant content creation and editing tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
