Role Description The Writer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Writer will develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for personal branding assets, including LinkedIn profiles, executive bios, thought leadership articles, presentations, and marketing collateral. Responsibilities include conducting interviews and research to understand each client’s background and positioning, translating insights into compelling narratives, and maintaining a consistent voice across multiple platforms. The Writer will collaborate closely with consultants and designers to align written content with overall brand strategy and visual identity. The role also involves revising and refining copy based on feedback, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in writing and editing for professional, executive, and marketing contexts, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive narratives.
- Experience in content development and storytelling for personal branding, including profiles, bios, and thought leadership pieces.
- Research and interviewing skills to gather insights from clients and translate complex career stories into accessible, impactful content.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, and an understanding of online reputation and visibility.
- Ability to collaborate with consultants, designers, and clients, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a structured yet creative environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in branding, marketing, HR consulting, or executive communications is preferred but not mandatory.
