Role Description
The Writer role at Equity AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Writer will develop, write, and edit content that aligns with the company’s mission and services. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, crafting engaging articles, reports, and whitepapers, and proofreading materials to ensure accuracy and quality. The Writer will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create content that communicates complex topics effectively to a diverse audience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Editing with the ability to adapt to a variety of tones and styles
- Experience in conducting Research and synthesizing data into clear, compelling narratives
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and structuring written materials to align with organizational goals
- Strong Proofreading skills to ensure content is polished and free from errors
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- An understanding of urban development, infrastructure, or transport sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field preferred
