Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Delhi, India. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content for websites, product pages, marketing materials, and internal documents. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics related to e-commerce, cloud computing, and web services, drafting and revising copy, and aligning content with brand voice and guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and technical teams to translate complex concepts into user-friendly language. The Writer will also proofread and edit content for consistency, support content planning and calendar management, and help optimize materials for readability and impact.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for digital and print formats.
- Experience in researching and synthesizing information, especially in technology, e-commerce, or cloud-related topics.
- Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences, such as customers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with basic content optimization principles (readability, structure, headings, calls to action).
- Excellent command of written English and strong attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Capability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience writing for technology, SaaS, or e-commerce companies is an advantage.
- Comfort with using common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., word processors, project trackers, communication platforms).
