We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our development team and play a key role in ensuring product quality. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will contribute to test automation by developing internal tools and services for the Wrike product, which is written in Java. Our beliefs include: AI-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and accelerate our processes. A full-stack QA approach, without strict separation between QA and QA Automation roles. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your automation skills through our Wrike QA Automation School, designed to help you grow and expand your scripting expertise. More About Your Team We have over 150 engineers working in cross-functional teams across the Czech Republic, Cyprus, and other European countries. At Wrike, we value quality, efficiency, and speed. Providing speedy feedback and delivering results are crucial goals for our QA engineers. The faster we provide feedback, the more effectively we can fix issues. How You'll Make an Impact Gather and analyze information on product changes, bugs, and test scenarios Enhance and maintain test frameworks and test infrastructure Develop internal QA automation tools Work with state-of-the-art code copilots and LLMs Use internal AI applications with access to code bases and documentation Automate sophisticated test case scenarios Design and execute smoke, integration, deployment, and regression automation testing, and assist with analyzing and investigating results Participate in Scrum teams, working on testing tools, infrastructure, and frameworks Solve complex, unstructured problems and rebuild processes to improve efficiency Our Tech Stack Java 17 JUnit 5 Maven htmlElements (wrapper for Selenium) Retrofit 2.0 TeamCity / GitLab CI How We Work We operate in a fast-paced Agile environment, with 15+ Scrum teams focused on developing and maintaining our project management platform. We use thousands of automated tests written with modern frameworks, all running on a dynamic infrastructure. You Will Achieve Your Best If You Have: A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience Experience in Java programming Strong communication skills in English You Will Stand Out With: Experience with JUnit, htmlElements, Allure framework, or similar tools Experience with Selenium, Retrofit, or similar QA automation tools Experience with AI tools Familiarity with CI tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar) and/or test infrastructure Experience with performance testing Knowledge of Linux Experience with Maven or similar build tools
