</div><div>✔ <strong>High School Diploma or GED</strong> (required).<br> ✔ <strong>Completion of a state-approved caregiver or aide training program</strong> (preferred but not required in PA).<br> ✔ 1+ year(s) of professional caregiving or related experience preferred.<br> ✔ CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred, not required).<br> ✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.<br> ✔ Compassion, patience, and reliability.<br> ✔ Physical ability to safely perform transfers and caregiving duties.<br><br>
