๐Ÿ“† Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

WPM is seeking a customer-driven, forward-thinking, and self-motivated leader to join our management team as a Property Manager at The Springs Townhomes. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a dedicated team, and driving the overall success of a residential townhome community. Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing & Occupancy โ€“ Supervise leasing operations while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Review rent decisions, renewals, and retention strategies to optimize occupancy.

  • Financial & Budget Management โ€“ Develop and manage community budgets, monitor financial performance, and address variances. Approve expenditures and oversee timely invoice processing.

  • Property Maintenance & Inspections โ€“ Conduct regular property inspections, oversee maintenance operations, and ensure timely resolution of resident requests and unit turns.

  • Marketing & Curb Appeal โ€“ Implement marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and reduce vacancies while maintaining exceptional curb appeal.

  • Resident & Community Relations โ€“ Build strong relationships with residents through clear, responsive communication to ensure a safe and well-maintained community.

  • Team Leadership & Development โ€“ Hire, train, supervise, and develop a high-performing team while modeling company core values. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.

  • Reporting & Compliance โ€“ Prepare reports for owners and investors, ensuring transparency in operations and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Emergency & Coverage Management โ€“ Manage staff schedules to ensure consistent coverage for daily operations and emergency response.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

โœ” Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management overseeing 200+ units
โœ” Strong leadership and team management skills
โœ” Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
โœ” Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
โœ” Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements
โœ” Proficiency in property management software and technology
