Customer Service Assistant

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a full-time Customer Service Assistant to support their fast-growing vacation rental business. With a strong presence in the short-term rental industry, they have earned a reputation for exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence across top platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. In the past few years, they've expanded their property portfolio and streamlined their tech stack to ensure smoother operations and a better customer journey. The Customer Service Assistant will play a critical role in delivering seamless guest experiences and ensuring that vacation rental operations run smoothly. This individual will manage guest communication, coordinate vendor schedules, and regularly update online listings across platforms. The right candidate is dependable, highly organized, and proactive, with strong English skills and a knack for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, platform messaging, and other channels. Manage booking calendars and assist guests with reservations across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. Schedule and coordinate housekeeping, pool, and maintenance services between stays. Maintain and update property listings and pricing regularly using tools such as Hostaway and PriceLabs. Monitor reviews and guest feedback, flagging issues and suggesting improvements when needed. Follow routine procedures while identifying and proactively solving any operational hiccups. Requirements Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service or the vacation rental industry. Ability to manage bookings and vendor scheduling independently. Comfortable using tools such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Hostaway, and PriceLabs. Highly attentive to detail, organized, and efficient. Self-starter who thrives with clear processes and minimal supervision.
