About the role

Woundtech is seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager to support our expanding India development team. This role serves as a critical link between our Product Managers and engineering/QA teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs and user expectations.You will help translate business and clinical requirements into user stories, wireframes, and detailed specifications for our EMR and operational platforms. Strong communication, analytical, and product thinking skills are key to success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead Agile ceremonies (standups, grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) for the India development team.Translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories in Jira with supporting documentation, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features, epics, and technical tasks aligned with product and business goals.Maintain and groom the product backlog to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.Provide clarity and direction to developers throughout the sprint, ensuring alignment with user and business expectations.Monitor development progress and review deliverables, providing feedback in collaboration with Product Managers.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in gathering feedback for continuous iteration.Analyze product usage, performance metrics, and user feedback to inform future improvements.Document and maintain user guides, release notes, and internal training materials.Identify and escalate project risks or roadblocks, collaborating to ensure timely and successful product delivery.Stay current on Agile/Scrum best practices and digital health technology trends.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Associate Product Manager.Proven experience working with Agile development teams and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.Solid understanding of EMR systems and healthcare provider workflows.Experience building and managing SAAS products, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management capabilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable product requirements.Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with clinical documentation, scheduling, or patient engagement tools within an EMR.Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer/provider models, or revenue cycle management.Exposure to product analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Amplitude, etc.).Prior experience collaborating with UX/UI teams on healthcare application design.Experience leveraging AI technologies for application development or integration to enhance user experience, automate workflows, or deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.About WoundtechWoundtech is a specialized wound care company that delivers advanced, patient-centered care when and where it's needed most — often in the home.
